scheduling, PAYMENT, AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Submitting a party request does not guarantee your selected date. All bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from Camp Summer Garden.
Your party is not considered officially booked until you receive written confirmation.
We respond to requests within 48 hours. If your preferred date or time is unavailable, we’ll work with you to find the closest available option.
PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
$50 deposit required to hold your date. This deposit goes toward the total cost of your party and secures your preferred time slot and preparation by our staff. Remaining balance is due 5 days before the party.
Refunds will only be issued under the following circumstances:
• Illness or emergency: If the birthday child or immediate family experiences a medical emergency, illness, or hospitalization, we will offer a full refund with notice provided at least 24 hours before the party and, if possible, documentation.
• Weather-related closure: In the event of severe weather or a safety concern that forces Camp Summer Garden to close, we will offer the option to reschedule or provide a full refund (including the deposit).
• Program-initiated cancellation: If for any reason Camp Summer Garden must cancel your party (e.g., staff emergency, facility issue), you will receive a full refund, including your deposit.
Refunds will not be issued for:
• Guest no-shows
• Last-minute change of mind
• Cancellations with less than 24-hour notice (except in emergency situations)
We understand that life happens and will always do our best to work with families to reschedule or accommodate unforeseen situations when possible.
